Davies partner Sandra Forbes has been elected for a four-year term on the Board of Regents of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL), widely considered the premier professional organization of trial lawyers in North America.
Sandra specializes in corporate, class action, securities and competition litigation, with a particular focus on defending clients in national and cross-border class actions. She represents clients before all levels of court and various administrative tribunals, including the Competition Tribunal.
