Robin Upshall Appointed to OSC’s Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee
Davies partner Robin Upshall has been selected to serve a two-year term on the Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee (CDAC) of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
A partner in the Capital Markets & Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate practices, Robin has extensive experience in cross-border and capital market transactions in North America, Latin America and Europe. She is co-author of the Canadian chapter of Mergers & Acquisitions – Jurisdictional Comparisons (European Lawyer Reference Series) and teaches the corporate transactions course at Osgoode Hall Law School’s Professional Development LLM program.
In her role on the CDAC, Robin will advise OSC staff on the planning, implementation and communication of its continuous disclosure review program, as well as related policy initiatives.
