George Addy Appointed to Board of Directors of Invest in Canada

Davies partner George Addy has been appointed to the inaugural board of directors of Invest in Canada, a federal agency that promotes Canada globally as a premier investment destination.

George has 40 years of experience in foreign investment, regulatory and competition law, both in Canada and internationally. Former head of the Canadian Competition Bureau, he advises on foreign investment and anti-corruption matters.

The board will work to attract job-creating investment in Canada and connect more Canadian businesses to global supply chains.
