Jennifer is a key player in Davies’ M&A, Corporate/Commercial, Capital Markets and Mining practices and distinguishes herself through involvement in some of the firm’s most high-profile transactions. She also demonstrates leadership and commitment to her community by chairing the board of a local not-for-profit school and assisting in its fundraising efforts.

Derek regularly demonstrates his leadership and talent as a litigator by successfully handling complex and novel cases. He impresses clients with his intelligence, thoughtfulness and judgment.
