Davies Partner Adam Fanaki Appointed Co-Chair of the C.D. Howe Institute Competition Policy Council

Davies partner Adam Fanaki has been appointed Co-Chair of the C.D. Howe Institute’s Competition Policy Council. The Competition Policy Council comprises top-ranked academics and practitioners active in competition policy. It provides independent analysis of emerging competition policy issues, including those potentially faced by the Competition Bureau. Benjamin Dachis, Associate Director of Research at the C.D. Howe Institute, is the Council’s other Co-Chair.

In a news release announcing the appointment, William Robson, President and CEO of the C.D. Howe Institute, commented, “Adam is an outstanding authority on competition policy and has made key contributions to the work of the Competition Policy Council. Having him as Co-Chair makes the Council that much stronger.”
