Having worked in investment banking in New York and London, Jerome understands how legal challenges can be crucial to business decisions.

Prior to law school, Jerome worked at Deutsche Bank (U.K.) as an equity markets sales trader, where he interacted with and learned from investors spanning the European, Asian and Middle Eastern financial markets.

He is looking forward to working in an environment where learning is encouraged and self-directed.

What surprised you most about Davies during the interview process?

The interviews are truly conversational and offer you a chance to advocate for your candidacy in a genuine manner. You are able to learn about yourself throughout the process while also learning about the firm.

What qualities do you think a good lawyer should have?
