Associate, Employment & Executive Compensation
Our Employment & Executive Compensation group is seeking a lawyer with two to four years of experience to join our practice.
As a member of our team, you will be involved in all aspects of employer-side representation. Our practice involves advising clients and our corporate team on employment and labour matters arising from corporate transactions; drafting employment agreements and workplace policies; advising clients on wrongful dismissals; providing advice and guidance on executive compensation and strategic human resources matters; and researching and providing legal opinions, including on human rights issues, employment standards and labour relations.
Interested candidates should have an excellent academic record with strong oral and written communication skills, experience in a similar high-calibre employment law practice, a commitment to exceeding client expectations, a collaborative team player attitude and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Canadian and Ontario employment law and membership in the Ontario Bar are essential.
