Wendy Curran
Wendy is a paralegal in the estate/succession settlement practice area. She has been with the firm for over 30 years and specializes in assisting clients with legal and administrative matters to be dealt with following death. This includes submitting wills for probate, requesting letters of verification, as well as acting as liaison between the representatives of the deceased and financial institutions, insurance companies and other organizations. Wendy has significant experience in dealing with the complexities that are involved in effecting the closing and transfer of all accounts in the name of the deceased. She is also legal assistant to Sam Minzberg.
