Lynda Stewart Dame
Lynda is a Director at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP with overall responsibility for the Human Resources function of the Toronto office. With nearly 20 years' experience working in major Canadian law firms, Lynda has extensive experience in the many facets of HR, including recruitment, performance management, salary administration, benefits and services, terminations, recordkeeping, employee relations and effective communications. She has her CHRP from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and has taken many HR-related courses to augment her certificate. Lynda chairs the firm's Staff Advisory Committee, Health and Safety Committee and annual United Way campaign. She is also a former Human Resources Section Head and a Past President of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA), which has over 400 members from more than 200 law firms in Ontario.
