Linda Pagé
Linda has practised as a corporate paralegal since 1986 and has been a member of the corporate services group at Davies for 22 years. As a senior corporate paralegal, Linda is responsible for the maintenance of corporations, particularly Federal and Québec corporations, and prepares various documents for legal persons and for partnerships, namely registrations, incorporations, organizations, amendments of articles, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, rollovers, and arrangements. She also assists lawyers in the preparation of various documents required for closings and reviews minute books, including unanimous shareholder agreements, and drafts audit reports. She also deals with various law firms to coordinate requests in jurisdictions other than Québec and uses various Internet resources to conduct searches or to file or request documents.
Linda is involved in the training of corporate paralegals and in the implementation of precedents for the corporate services group of the Montréal Office.
She has a High school diploma as legal secretary, and a Certificate in Business Law from the Université de Montréal.
