Junaid K. Subhan
Junaid Subhan is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practices.
Junaid has worked on a wide variety of corporate/commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, the formation of investment funds and initial public offerings. He also provides advice to clients on compliance with their ongoing corporate and securities law obligations.
Junaid is a member of the bars of the Province of Ontario and New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Securities Regulation Committee and Private Investment Funds Subcommittee.
While at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, Junaid clerked for Justice Brian Riordan of the Superior Court of Québec, and he was recognized for both academic achievement and extra-curricular leadership.
