Davies has been actively involved in the Asia-Pacific region for over 40 years, led by a dedicated team of specialists from our Canadian offices that is augmented through close working relationships with leading regional advisers. In particular, we have substantial and varied experience working in China and India. We have represented clients in these and other Asia-Pacific countries in both domestic and international matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. Davies also has extensive experience advising clients based in the Asia-Pacific region on investments and acquisitions in Canada and the United States, as well as Canadian clients looking to conduct business in Asia-Pacific countries.
