Cara Cameron is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice, specializing in corporate/commercial litigation.
Cara is a member of the team that acts on behalf of Corporation Cinar in significant litigation in Canada and elsewhere involving the recovery of in excess of $100 million in relation to certain unauthorized transactions. This litigation involves jurisdictional enforcement and liquidation proceedings. She also participated in the representation of a Brazilian pension fund manager in relation to a major dispute involving certain foreign telecommunications assets, resulting in multi-jurisdictional litigation.
