She practices mainly in the Litigation and Arbitration practice group, specifically in matters involving contractual and delictual liability. Given her specific expertise in occupational risk, Agathe is regularly involved in litigation covering industrial accidents and occupational diseases, and in the area of criminal negligence and the related penal prosecutions.
She also practices in the area of industrial risk and environmental law and has advised companies involved in industrial accidents, site pollution, or liability for products and services, matters that usually require legal expertise. Her skill and experience in legal liability issues also cover director’s liability (regarding delegations of authority, criminal liability and liability for a company’s debts).
Agathe has a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées (DESS) in litigation and arbitration from the Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris 2 and a Diplôme d'études approfondies (DEA) in environmental law from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne – Paris 1. She has conducted various seminars on professional responsibility.
A lawyer since 1996, she joined the firm as an associate in February 2001 and was made partner in 2005.
Agathe speaks French and has a working knowledge of Russian.
