Virginie specializes in corporate and commercial law with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office, which she joined as an associate in 2000. Her practice covers various aspects of domestic and international business law.

Virginie has been involved in numerous mandates and has played a key roll in various financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and other cooperative corporate endeavours. More recently, Virginie has acquired special expertise in sports law.

Virginie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000. She has a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées (DESS) in business law from the Université René Descartes – Paris 5, and a degree from the Institut de droit comparé of the Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris 2.

Virginie is fluent in English and French.
