Xavier has vast experience in labour and employment law, both as counsel and litigator for small, medium-sized and large-scale companies (some of which are Canadian in origin) in various European sectors of activity. More recently, he has developed an expertise in sports law.

He has been involved in numerous matters involving corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and various cooperative corporate endeavours.

Regarded as an unparalleled negotiator, Xavier was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998. He has a Diplôme d'études approfondies (DEA) in International and European law from the Université de Rouen.

Xavier is fluent in French and English.
