Philippe is a partner with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office. He works on cases of private equity, company transfers, restructuring company law, property rights, creation of investment funds and new stock-market listings.

Philippe, who is a regular speaker at training seminars organized by the EFE, is also the author of a reference work dealing with company transfers entitled "Les garanties de passif" ("Warranty agreements", EFE Editions), a book that was nominated for the Prix du Cercle Montesquieu in 2005. He also writes articles in the field of mergers, acquisitions and company law.

For the past four years, Philippe has been elected as one of the leading lawyers in the risk capital sector by the magazine "Décideurs Juridiques & Financiers".

Graduate from the University of Paris II - Panthéon Assas in business and tax law, Philippe firstly practiced as a lawyer with Gide Loyrette Nouel and Thomas & Associés (today Deloitte & Touche), before founding Hausmann & Associés in 1995 (now Hammonds Hausmann). He joined Reinhart Marville Torre as a Partner in 2001.
