Bertrand is a partner with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office. In his practise, he regularly called in to work on cases of town planning law, including commercial town-planning, construction, commercial leases and promotion. He assists real estate promotion companies for the building of shopping malls or office tower-blocks and logistics buildings, together with national and international brands in the field of restoration and retailing within the framework of their development and implantation in France.

Graduate from the University of Paris XII-Saint-Maur (Post-graduate degree in construction and town planning), Bertrand was an associate and a lawyer then counsel with the firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed between 1989 and 2003. He joined Reinhart Marville Torre as a Partner in charge of the real estate department.
