Lori Sullivan is a partner in the corporate and securities law practice areas with an emphasis on acquisitions, corporate finance and private investment funds.  She is experienced in a variety of transactions, including purchases and sales of businesses, reorganizations, debt and equity financings from private and public capital sources and joint ventures.

Lori has played a principal role in a number of financings for Ontario School Boards Financing Corporation ("OSBFC").  Since 2000, OSBFC has raised over $3 billion for school boards in Ontario through multiple pooled debenture issuances.  Lori also has experience in the investment fund area and has represented fund sponsors and principals in connection with the establishment and structuring of private investment funds.

Lori has also acted for special committees of public companies assessing strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value.

Lori received a B.B.A. (Honours) from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University in 1993 and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1997.  She joined the firm after completing law school and became a partner in 2001.
