Erinn Somerville is a partner practising in the area of corporate and securities law. She has worked on a variety of matters, including corporate reorganizations, take-over bids, public and private securities offerings, venture capital investments, asset acquisitions, secured financings and securitizations.

Erinn is a member of the firm's Student Committee, which is responsible for recruitment, development and evaluation of summer and articling students at the firm.

Erinn received a B.A. (Honours) in 1992 from Trinity College at the University of Toronto and an LL.B. in 1997 from Queen's University. She became a partner in 2001.
