Joseph Jarjour is a partner who specializes in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, secured lending and real estate.
Joseph has recently represented Hydro-Québec International in the sale of its interest in Hong-Kong based Meiya Power Company Limited, one of the leading independent power providers in China, for US$84,600,000. As part of his diverse practice, he acts regularly for GE Capital in connection with various commercial and real estate financings and has been involved in a number of significant transactions, including the initial public offering of AN REIT, a real estate investment trust, as well as the public offering of SFK Pulp Fund, an income fund. He also frequently advises clients in connection with the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate.
