Brigitte Brathwaite heads the legal translation department in the Montréal office. She is a lawyer-revisor who reviews a wide range of legal documents relating mainly to securities and corporate and commercial law, such as prospectuses, management information circulars, annual information forms, take-over bids, offering memoranda, press releases, material change reports, and various types of agreements.

Brigitte is a member of the Canadian Association of Legal Translators. She received an LL.B. in 1994 and an M.A. in Translation in 1999, both from the Université de Montréal. She was called to the Quebec Bar in 1995.

Brigitte is fluent in French and English and has studied Spanish and Arabic.
