Marc-Alexandre is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. He recently wrote and published an article entitled "Employer Monitoring of the Corporate E-mail System: How Much Privacy Can Employees Reasonably Expect?" (2002), 60(2) U.T. Fac. L. Rev. 85. He also recently completed a research paper for the Department of Justice, Canada, regarding the harmonization of the security regime created under section 427 of the Bank Act with the provincial secured lending regimes.
Marc-Alexandre graduated from Laval University with an LL.B. (Honours) in 2000. While studying at Laval, he was awarded the Yves Pratt Scholarship, which allowed him to complete a one-semester exchange program at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. He then went on to earn a J.D. at the University of Toronto in 2003. Marc-Alexandre became a partner in 2006.
