Annie Beaudoin is a partner who specializes in corporate and commercial law. Her practice covers many facets of business law, both at the national and international levels, including mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and equity financing.

Since joining the firm, Annie has participated in many mandates and has represented companies in various financing transactions and asset and share purchases and dispositions involving private companies.

Annie obtained a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal in 2001 and was called to the Quebec Bar in 2002. She came to the firm in 2001 as a student and was hired as a lawyer upon her admission to the Quebec Bar. She is a member of the Junior Bar Association of Montréal and the Canadian Bar Association. Annie became partner in 2006.

Annie speaks French and English fluently.
