Recently Dale has worked on a variety of transactions, including corporate reorganizations, private acquisitions and financings from public and private capital sources. Several of the transactions have had cross-border or international components. He has also advised clients on privacy-related matters and co-authored conference papers relating to various securities law topics.
Dale is a member of the organizing committee for Bay Street's AIDSbeat, an annual fundraiser for the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research. He received a B.Comm. (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta in 1999 and a J.D. (with Honours) from the University of Toronto in 2002. Dale became a partner in 2006.
