Since joining the firm, Kerry has played a key role in a number of public offerings, including offerings of $125 million of preference shares, $350 million of subscription receipts, $50 million of first preference units and initial public offerings of debentures in the aggregate amount of $540 million. She has also assisted in a number of private placements in Canada and has been involved in matters relating to private company acquisitions and reorganizations.
Kerry received a B.Sc. (with Distinction) in Neuropsychology from Dalhousie University in 1998 and an LL.B. in 2001 from the University of New Brunswick. Kerry became a partner in 2005.
