Denis Ferland is a partner of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. As a member of the Montréal financial restructuring and insolvency practice group, he specializes in bankruptcy and insolvency law, financial restructuring, banking and commercial law, financial services and commercial litigation.
Throughout his career, Denis has advised many multinational companies, financial institutions, creditors and Court officers such as trustees, monitors and receivers.
