Lloyd Perry Feldman is a partner practising in corporate and commercial law. With a strong background in tax law, Lloyd is able to bring a unique perspective to the corporate and commercial transactions in which he is involved. In addition, Lloyd advises on wills and trusts and works in estate planning matters.

In the past few years, Lloyd has played an important role in a number of corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, both public and private.

Lloyd completed a combined B.C.L. and LL.B. at McGill University in 1998. He has served as a return guest lecturer at Concordia University, teaching a class on international taxation. He became a partner of the firm in 2002.
