• Acted in a series of transactions with Wal-Mart and First Pro Realty Partnership in the sale of over 50 shopping centres located across Canada to Calloway REIT.
• Acted for Plenary Health as it entered into an agreement to design, build, finance and maintain the Niagara Health System Healthcare Complex and Walker Family Cancer Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario.
• Acted for Plenary Group as it led the successful consortium for the design, development, construction and financing of a multi-million dollar Ministry of Government and Consumer Services Data Centre and represented Plenary Group as it teamed with York University to deliver a new state-of-the-art headquarters for the Archives of Ontario.
• Acted for Access Justice Durham as it entered into an agreement to design, build, finance and maintain the Durham Consolidated Courthouse, the first P3 project relating to courthouses in North America and the first project to be completed by Infrastructure Ontario.
• Acted for Access Roads Edmonton Ltd. as it entered into an agreement to design, finance, build and operate the Anthony Henday Drive Southeast Leg Ring Road in Edmonton, Alberta.
• Acted for the consortiums selected as preferred proponents for the Bridgepoint Hospital project (Toronto, Ontario) and the Port of Miami Tunnel project (Miami, Florida).
• Acted for the City of Toronto in regard to the head leasing, design, development, financing and operation of the Ricoh Stadium (Exhibition Place), redeveloped as part of the overall National Trade Centre; and represented the City of Toronto with respect to the new BMO Field soccer stadium project.
