Dominique is a partner with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office. She specializes in mergers & acquisitions and in commercial law and intervenes in these fields for compagnies having all types of activities in France and abroad. She assists English and North America compagnies in their implantation in france.

Graduate from the University Of Exeter (UK - Master), and the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne (Post graduate degrees in English and North American Business Law and in European Community Law). Dominique integrated Reinhart Marville Torre in 1999, after a first expérience of two years in the American French law firm Kevorkian & Partners. She is a partner in the firm since January 2007.
