Donna has participated in several securities offerings, including Fortis Inc.'s public offering of $125 million of series C first preference shares and $350 million of subscription receipts.  Donna also participated in the $1.2 billion plan of arrangement effecting the conversion of CML Healthcare Inc. into an income trust and the concurrent spin-out to shareholders of Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Donna received a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science (Dean's List) from McGill University and a J.D. (Honours and Dean's List) from the University of Toronto.  She summered and articled with the firm and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2003.  Donna became a partner in 2006.
