Frank Arnone is a partner practising commercial real estate and corporate law with an emphasis on real estate purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, real estate financings and infrastructure development.

In the last few years, Frank has played an important role in a number of real estate matters in which he represented a diverse spectrum of public and private parties in a wide range of complex transactions involving the development of new industrial, commercial and public infrastructure facilities.  Frank is currently representing MaRS Discovery District with respect to its development of the second phase of the MaRS Centre in downtown Toronto.  He continues to be actively engaged with the University of Waterloo's ongoing development of their new Research and Technology Park.  Frank is also involved with the City of Toronto's ongoing waterfront revitalization initiative.

In addition to traditional development models, Frank has also been involved with a number of Canadian public-private partnership (P3) transactions, including hospital and toll road projects.  Frank played a significant role in the successful bid to design, build, manage and finance the new main public service facility of the Archives of Ontario to be constructed at York University in Toronto.

Frank holds an LL.B. from Queen's University and a Specialized Honours B.A. in Public Policy and Administration from York University.  He joined the firm in 2000 as an articling student and returned following his call to the Ontario Bar in 2002.  Frank became a partner in 2004.
