Alan Golden is a partner specializing in corporate and real estate law. He advises clients on corporate governance, duties of directors and shareholder agreements. His real estate practice is devoted to advising on acquisitions, dispositions and on co-ownership agreements. In addition, Alan advises extensively on wills and trusts and on succession planning.

Alan is recognized as a repeatedly recommended practitioner in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance in the Canadian Legal LEXPERT Directory.

Alan is Honorary Solicitor for the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital. Alan completed his B.A at Princeton University in 1959 and then earned his BCL from McGill University - winning the Gold Medal - in 1962. He became a partner in 1972.
