Nanci Ship is the Director, Development Programs & Student Affairs. Together with the Student Recruitment, Career Development, Student/Stagiaire Evaluation and Professional Development Committees, Nanci is responsible for the development and implementation of our recruiting, mentoring and career development programs for the Montréal office. She works closely with Chantelle Courtney, the Director of Professional Development, to create and implement our legal training programs, including the Davies Academy. Nanci also oversees the Québec CLE accreditation and compliance process.

Prior to joining Davies, Nanci practised business and insurance coverage litigation for the New York office of an AmLaw 100 firm.
