Chris Vollmershausen is an associate practising in the areas of corporate and securities law.

Chris has worked on a variety of transactions including securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions as well as providing advice and assistance to companies with respect to their ongoing securities and corporate law obligations.

Chris received an H.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. He summered and articled with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
