Daniel Horowitz is a lawyer practicing in the area of commercial real estate in the firm's Toronto office.  He has particular expertise in the purchase and sale of real estate assets and real estate finance. Daniel is in the process of completing the requirements to practice law in Ontario.

Daniel has counselled operators, developers and real estate funds in the acquisition and disposition of individual assets and portfolios across North America.  He has also represented borrowers and lenders in various financing transactions.

Daniel received a BA degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2003.  From 2003 to 2008, Daniel was an associate at two major New York law firms.
