Helen Moodie is a securities support lawyer practicing in the areas of corporate finance and securities law, with a particular focus in private placement of foreign issuers' securities in Canada.
Helen had a previous extensive and varied career with Canada Revenue Agency.
Helen received a B.A. in political science from McMaster University and an LL.B from the University of Windsor. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 and joined our firm in 2008.
