Erica is an associate in our New York tax group where she has been involved in a variety of multi-national transactions, including acquisitions and reorganizations, real estate ventures, and debt and equity offerings.  She has additional experience with the U.S. law governing not-for-profit entitites.  Prior to joining Davies, Erica was associated with another major law firm in New York, where she worked in the tax group.

Erica received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2005.  She received a B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Virgina Commonwealth University in 2002.
