Frédéric Marchand is a lawyer with our Montréal firm. He practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate financing and securities law.
While he was a law student, Frédéric was Professor Raymonde Crête’s research assistant and was involved in producing the second edition of
Le droit des sociétés par actions. He was on the Université Laval faculty of law Honour Roll in 2006 and was vice-president of Université Laval’s legal information office.
Frédéric graduated with a B.A. from Université Laval and spent on year for his degree Université de Lyon III and also awarded an LL.B. from Université Laval in 2006. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2007 and joined our firm in 2008.
Frédéric is bilingual in French and English.
