Catherine is a litigation partner with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office. 

She advises on major international transactions including acquisitions, restructuring and profit sharing schemes. She has extensive experience in collective and individual negotiation, redundancy plan, working time and profit sharing, top management contracts.

Her practice also includes all aspects of transaction from due diligence investigations to assistance for the information and consultation process of employee’s representatives.

In addition, her practice covers litigation in both individual and collective issues and she now heads a group of six specialized lawyers providing the firm large capacities in the area.

Catherine arrives from Dubarry Le Dourain and heads the Reinhart Marville Torre large labour law practice. She previously spent seven years at Stehlin & associés and seven years as a partner in Landwell, the law firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers.

She has been a member of the Paris bar since 1989.
