Pierre-Menno is a corporate partner with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office. He is an experienced transactional lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and complex contract work.
He mainly advises French and Anglo-Saxon groups in connection with the setting-up, expansion and restructuring of their operations in France and abroad. In addition to his initial practice of corporate transactions in the industrial sector, he has more recently developed a specialisation in the new technologies, media and telecommunications sectors.
Pierre-Menno began his career in 1988 as an associate with Siméon, Moquet, Borde & Associés. He was elected partner at Siméon & Associés in 1996 and became a partner of Lovells after the merger between Siméon & Associés and Lovells, in 2001. He spent two years with Dubarry Le Douarin Veil as partner before joining Reinhart Marville Torre.
