Catherine is a partner with Reinhart Marville Torre, our Paris correspondent office. She works in various fields of public business law. She has gained a specific experience in the area of public contracts (partnerships, DSP, markets, leases and ADP, ad hoc contracts) in all their aspects and particularly the financial and competitive aspects (liability, warranty, financing, subsidies).
She also assists private or public persons for town-planning and environment cases.
Her main areas of activity are the network industries (telecom, cable, transport, energy), ports, airports and rail, and she mainly assists health, sport and cultural enterprises. She supports French and foreign operators and communities in their plan from conception to implementation, from negotiation to out-of-court or court litigation for disputes.
Graduate from the Paris IEP (Political Sciences Institute) and graduate in Business Law and Public Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Catherine began her career with the firm Jones Day, Reavis & Pogue. She worked with Willkie, Farr & Gallagher and then ran the public law department of the firm Coudert Brothers before joining Reinhart Marville Torre in 2006 as a Partner.
Catherine is also a lecturer at the University of Paris II.
