Brent Pidborochynski is an associate in our tax group. His practice is concentrated on domestic and international tax planning, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Brent also advises clients on tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency.

Brent’s recent experience includes domestic and cross-border reorganizations, cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions and spin off transactions.

Brent graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001 with a B.Comm. (with Great Distinction). He received an LL.B. in 2006 from the University of Western Ontario. Brent was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
