Christopher Lee is an associate in the corporate and commercial, as well as the corporate finance and securities practice areas.
Christopher has been involved in a variety of matters including corporate reorganizations, public and private securities offerings, venture capital financing, asset sales and acquisitions and various corporate and commercial matters. As part of his practice, Christopher advises clients on compliance with ongoing corporate and securities law obligations.
Christopher received a B.Sc. (Honours) from Queen's University and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. While attending law school, Christopher assisted Professor Bruce Welling in writing “Canadian Corporate Law: The Governing Principles” and was the President of the Student Legal Society. Christopher articled with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
