Mark O'Brien is an associate practising in the areas of corporate and securities law.
Mark has experience with a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and asset and share purchases.
Mark received a B.B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island and a J.D. from the University of Toronto. He articled with the firm and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2007.
