Christopher Karambatsos practises in both corporate and commercial law. Christopher has been involved in numerous transactions including, among others, the sale of real estate in the U.S. and mergers and acquisitions of both public and private companies.
More recently, Christopher was actively involved in Abitibi-Consolidated's sale of their Ontario hydroelectric generating facilities, as well as several public offerings.
Christopher received his LL.L. (2005) and his LL.B. (2006) from the University of Ottawa (with Great Distinction). During his legal studies, Christopher was the recipient of several academic awards, including the Right Honourable Brian Dickson award for the highest standing in the last year of the national program LL.L./LL.B. and the John Aylen, Q.C. award for the highest standing over the entire four years of the LL.L./LL.B. program. He joined the firm in 2004 as a student and was hired as an associate upon his call to the Quebec Bar in 2007.
Christopher is fluent in English, French and Greek.
