Aaron has participated in a variety of securities offerings, representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of equity and debt.  He also has experience assisting issuers with stock exchange listings and advising clients with respect to their ongoing corporate and securities law obligations. 

Aaron received a B.A. (Honours) in English from Wilfrid Laurier University, an M.A. in English from the University of British Columbia and a J.D. from the University of Toronto.  Upon graduating from law school, and until joining Davies as an associate in 2007, Aaron practised cross-border securities law in the Toronto office of a leading New York law firm.
