Melanie Koszegi is a partner and the Executive Director in the Toronto office of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP.  Melanie is responsible for overseeing various administrative and operational aspects of the Toronto office, including office services and premises, non-lawyer personnel and other support functions.  Melanie assists with the financial and business analysis, management and planning of the Toronto office, while acting as a liaison with the firm's other offices.

Prior to assuming this role, Melanie practised at the firm in the areas of corporate, commercial and banking law, working on a variety of matters, including securities offerings, loan financings and share and asset acquisition transactions.

Melanie completed her undergraduate studies in History and Italian at McGill University in 1995 and graduated from McGill with both an LL.B. and B.C.L. in 1999. She became a partner in 2003.
