Joshua Kuretzky is an associate in the corporate/commercial, corporate finance and securities law practice areas.
Joshua has worked on a variety of matters, including securitizations, securities offerings, and asset sales and acquisitions. In particular, he assisted the underwriters in the $205 million initial public offering of Crombie REIT and participated in the sale of Lifestyle Brands Ltd. to Collective Licensing International, LLC. Joshua also played a role in the acquisition of Boykin Lodging Company, for approximately $416 million, by Braveheart Investors L.P., an affiliate of Westmont Hospitality Group and Cadim, Inc.
Joshua received an H.B.A. (with Distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B. (with Distinction) from the University of Western Ontario. He articled with the firm and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006.
