Jason has experience with a variety of corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, public and private mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity and debt, and stock exchange listings.  He also has experience advising companies on disclosure and compliance issues.

Jason received a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario in 1994 and received his M.B.A. and LL.B. from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School, respectively in 1998. Upon graduating from the M.B.A./LL.B. program, Jason articled at another major downtown law firm.  Upon completion of his articles in June of 1999 and until joining Davies as a partner in September 2006, Jason practised cross-border securities and mergers & acquisitions with the Toronto office of a leading New York law firm.
